Being still ….

How often in our busy lives do we get to sit still and listen to what our minds are telling us? How often do we get to hold on to a passing thought – and pay close attention to what our thoughts are trying to tell us? How different would the “do” portion of our lives look if we tried to be more present sometimes. Being intentional with how we start our day can give us a sense of purpose even when we’re isolated and far from our normal.
